Decent and honest book (Rating :3.00)
I found this book to be informative. The reading is easy and well done. I just don't know if I could fully engage an ebay business with this book. I will say this though, it was worth the money, and I'm glad I bought it. It definitely is an asset to learning on ebay. - Kevin S. Torrance CA

Time and Money (Rating :5.00)
PowerSeller Secrets (PSS) was the book which pushed me over the edge on the decision as to WHEN to put serious time into making money on line. PSS helped me clearly define my number one condition -- Ultra Automation. Hand in hand with high volume automation is out of this world customer satisfaction. My notes to myself included, "Opening every package should be as exciting as opening a birthday present -- with no peanuts blowing about the floor or clinging to your clothes." "Complaints don't make money, they cost money." "Time spent handling complaints is important, but time spent avoiding complaints is more important. Ask person complaining how you can avoid this complaint for everyone, then solve that individual's problem." I plan to reread PSS this week, make copious notes and expand the outline.

Somewhat Disappointing... (Rating :3.00)
It was nothing more than a do-don't "myth" listing and I guess I expected more. It is good material but there are other much better books out there like "eBay Millionaire" by Amy Joyner, which is highly recommended. I didn't feel ripped off but I didn't get much out of this book either.
